Thank you for shopping at My Inflatables Direct. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. Please review our refund policy below:
15-Day Refund Policy: We offer a 15-day refund policy on eligible items purchased from My Inflatables Direct. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
If you change your mind:
If you want to return a product because you have changed your mind, please use the contact us form within 15 days of receiving your items to let us know. Please note: the legal right to cancel orders because you have changed your mind does not apply to items shown as made to order on the product page.
Return costs are your responsibility and returns are sent at your risk re damage or loss. Please therefore let us know about any damages upon receipt before returning anything to us. You may wish to consider using a tracked service to cover lost parcels, but please note most carriers do not provide cover for transit damage to fragile items.
Order Cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel their order within 48 hours before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@myInflatablesdirect.com with your order number and cancellation request. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
Damaged Parcel: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately at support@myInflatablesdirect.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt of order. We will assess the damage and provide instructions for returning the item. To be eligible for a refund, the damaged item must be returned in its original packaging.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@myInflatablesdirect.com within 15 days.
- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request.
- If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on returning the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 2 business days.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Returns Address
Returns Addresses will be provided upon contact with customer service as different products may be shipped from different warehouses.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Exchanges
To exchange a product you’ve bought from us, simply return it for a refund, then place a new order online for the item you want. The My Inflatables Direct default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges
